FLEUR NILE
DAHABIYA
Two guaranteed departures a week.Sailing between Luxor and Aswan.
A different kind of
Nile cruise
Fleur is a boutique dahabiya nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan. Seven cabins, fourteen guests at most, and a crew that knows every one of them by name before the first evening is over. Two of the cabins are suites with their own private terrace on the water.
What makes the experience different is the route. Most dahabiyas stop at Esna, which means their guests spend the last hour of the trip in a car. We go through the Esna Lock and sail all the way to Luxor. We also moor at El Kab Tombs, Gebel el Silsila, and Ramady Island, places no large cruise ship can reach which is part of why a dahabiya nile cruise on Fleur looks different from one with anyone else.
The Cabins
Seven cabins in total: two suites with a private terrace and five standard doubles. Each has its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a window facing the river.

Food & dining
Cooked on board, every day
There is one cook and one kitchen on Fleur and everything is made from scratch. Our menus are oriental with a variety of local Egyptian dishes. The cook shops in the villages we pass so what lands on the table changes with the season and with wherever we happen to be moored.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included along with (tea, coffee, cola and sprite Etc.) through the day. Between October and May most meals are served on deck, which is the point of eating on a boat this size.
Tell us before you sail if you eat differently and it is simply handled. We can accommodate vegetarian and dairy free is no trouble. On a boat with one kitchen it is a word with the cook rather than a form to fill in.
